Debbie Chema

Debbie Chema Debbie was recruited to join the Ladlow’s design team for the opening of our Kierland store in 2002. She had used her background in fine art and as an interior design business owner in Michigan to become a leading member of the design community in Arizona. She brought to Ladlow’s her enthusiasm for interior design excellence and her expertise that allows her to successfully complete anything from small projects to entire renovations, including many model home projects and special events. Debbie is dedicated to using her design skills to create interiors that thrill her clients, as well as using her attention to detail to make the process go smoothly and the final result exceed expectations.

Angela Deitrick

Angela DeitrickAngela grew up in the Pacific Northwest and studied Interior Design at UCLA. She spent 16 years with the international furnishings brand, Kreiss, in Los Angeles, Bellevue, and Scottsdale. Passionate about design, Ladlow's Fine Furniture was a perfect fit where she has become an valued member. Angela's collaborative style, attention to detail, and personal touch are the keys to her success. She enjoy's reinventing classic design in a modern, fresh, and relevant way.

Bob Evanson

Bob EvansonBob has been involved with the home furnishings industry since 1987 and after three years in operations, chose to specialize in sales and design. He was able to use his knowledge of available products and values to be a great help to his customers. Bob’s dedication to his career and his clients led him to team up with Ladlows where he has been able to build a loyal clientele that relies on him to guide them to wise buying decisions. He is especially adept at making the shopping experience less confusing and having his clients actually enjoy working on and completing their projects.

Kay Fischer

Kay Fischer Kay graduated from the University of Missouri in business and LaSalle University in interior design. For over 25 years, Kay owned and operated Ethan Allen stores in the Midwest and served on the Ethan Allen dealer advisory board. Kay served on the Board of Directors for the Wichita Area Technical College School of Interior Design. As an interior designer, her passion is designing living spaces for her clients. Her expertise includes drawing floor plans and crafting a "master plan" so clients will know what furnishings will fit and how it will look.

"I believe a person's (or families) home should be a reflection of their personality and lifestyle. My purpose is to pull all the design elements together to help them achieve that."

Kathrine Golden

Kathrine GoldenKathrine has been with Ladlow's for 24 years and is now a key member of our design staff. Her hands-on experience, combined with her interior design degree (specializing in textiles) gives her the ability to deal with all styles of design from soft contemporary to elegant Tuscan. Not only has she completed major projects in Arizona, but also has satisfied clients from Manhattan to Seattle with her passion and excitement for their homes. Her vast product knowledge and attention to detail allows her to create a home tailored to each of her clients’ needs and lifestyles. Being bi-lingual, she is also comfortable working with international clients. Kathrine always works to make the end result more beautiful and functional than the client had ever imagined.

Bob Hughes

Bob HughesBob attended the University of Utah. After serving in the Army, Bob got involved in real estate and the commercial furniture business. In Salt Lake City, Bob's company worked on many residential and commercial projects. For the last 30 years, Bob has worked in residential furniture sales in the Phoenix area and became an expert in home furnishings. With his knowledge of available resources and products, he has been a sales leader with a loyal, satisfied clientele at Ladlow's for over 23 years.

Rich Joseph

Rich Joseph Rich grew up in Minnesota, but moved west and received his interior design degree from the University of Denver. After graduating, he worked at the Trapphagen School of Design in New York City. He gained immense experience in the practical application and all aspects of the design process, drafting and space planning specifically. After New York, he moved to Minneapolis and worked at the top design studios for over 20 years. Rich was able to expand his knowledge and gain further experience by working on major interior remodels and specialized in lighting and custom flooring. Rich has been with Ladlow's for over 14 years.

Gloria Margenau

Gloria MargenauGloria has been in love with home furnishings and interior design since before she can remember. As a result, she pursued an education in interior design obtaining a 4-Year Degree from University of Wisconsin/Milwaukee and MATC at Mequon. For over 20 years she has been helping clients with all of their design needs from Country Lodge to Southwest and from Contemporary to Old World. Gloria has been with Ladlow's for over 12 years creating beautiful homes.

Linnea McCarroll

Linnea McCarrollAs an allied member of ASID. Linnea McCarroll is a valuable asset to Ladlow's design team. Over her 30 year career in both design and management, including the fourteen years with Robb & Stucky of Arizona, she has built a reputation for excellence in interior design, efficiency in project management, and expertise in product knowledge. Her specialty is building lasting relationships with her clients by helping them create homes that reflect their lifestyle and needs. Whether she is designing interiors for fine Arizona homes, mountain retreats, city center condos or international homes from South Africa to Dubai, Linnea’s focus is always to add to the coordinated ambience of her clients’ homes by selecting furnishings with the perfect color, scale and style that create a unified, yet unique look for every project. Linnea's clients use words like "resourceful", "trustworthy", and "talented" to describe her abilities. She is committed to finishing every project, paying attention to the smallest detail as well as the "big ticket" items.

Patti Moore

Patti Moore Patti graduated from the School of Design at Iowa State University. She is a native of Chicago and worked at Bloomingdale’s Interior Design Studio after graduation. With her joining Ladlow's Fine Furniture 16 years ago, Patti brings 30 years of experience and knowledge to her work projects. Patti creates exciting environments that enhance the activities of her clients' lives. She considers people the most important element of home design and selects art, furniture, and accessories that support and complement their lifestyle.

Jim Murphy

Gloria MargenauJim joined Ladlow’s as a sales and design consultant six years ago, after having worked at Rob & Stucky in Scottsdale for twelve years. During his tenure at Rob & Stucky, Jim was a million dollar producer and part of the presidents club. Jim moved to Arizona from Akron, Ohio. He went to Bowling Green State University where he studied Art history and Interior Design.

Judy Plunkett

Judy PlunkettJudy grew up in the home furnishings business. Her family owned multiple furniture stores in the Midwest. In the last ten years, Judy has been involved in sales of home furnishings in the Midwest and Arizona. That experience has given her great practical knowledge and skills that she utilizes today to serve her clients.

"The most important part of being a successful design consultant is the ability to help my clients differentiate their wants versus their needs, to make good choices and to create rooms they truly enjoy."


Michal Runge

Michal Runge Michal has a passion for design that she developed and nurtured from early in her youth. After studying interior design and pursuing an advanced degree in Business Administration, Michal launched a career as an interior designer. Her first venture, as the owner of a small business, enabled her to develop skills and experience to manage projects of all sizes, for every aspect of interior design. Her knowledge and appreciation of good design have been further enhanced by extensive travel to Europe. Michal has been a member of Ladlow’s Interior Design Staff for the past 13 years, with the opportunity to manage numerous projects for residential interior design. She also functions as a buyer for Ladlow’s, enhancing her ability to keep pace with the changing trends and products in the design industry.

Jack Saba

Jack SabaJack joined Ladlow's sales and design team 4 years ago after 10 years at Robb & Stucky, Scottsdale. He was a top seller there as well as a member of the President's Club. Before that, he was at Marshall Field's Fine Furniture in Chicago, where he was consistently a member of the prestigious "Million Dollar Club" and won the Top Seller Award. He has a wealth of very loyal clients, even from his years in Chicago. In addition to working in a creative industry, Jack also expresses his artistic abilities as a professional musician, playing a unique style of music from many different countries, playing violin, guitar, lute and other stringed instruments. He volunteers at the Musical Instrument Museum.

Dianna Sever

Dianna SeverDianna has had a long and successful career in interior design as well as home furnishings marketing and management. She began with her own design studio in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and grew it into the largest furniture store in the area over the next sixteen years. Her positions in Arizona have ranged from corporate project management, retail management, and Director of Merchandising and Interior Design. After joining Ladlow's as the Sales Manager of Ladlow's Outlet, she has transitioned back to her original love by becoming a member of Ladlow's Interior Design staff at the main Kierland store. She is working on client projects both in Arizona and throughout the US.
