Rich Joseph
Rich grew up in Minnesota, but moved west and received his interior design degree from the University of Denver. After graduating, he worked at the Trapphagen School of Design in New York City. He gained immense experience in the practical application and all aspects of the design process, drafting and space planning specifically.
After New York, he moved to Minneapolis and worked at the top design studios for over 20 years. Rich was able to expand his knowledge and gain further experience by working on major interior remodels and specialized in lighting and custom flooring. Rich has been with Ladlow's for over 9 years.
Design Philosophy
"My job is to listen to my clients about their vision of the look that they want to have in their home and then create that look."
